1. Do you have names, email and phone numbers of your customers (if you don’t, you will fail as a engineer who doesn’t know how to spell business, or as a ‘Steve jobs’ entrepreneur who doesn’t get his resources straight; solution: get top guns in marketing around you)
2. What keeps your customers up at night, what is your solution
3. Why are you better then your competitors? Know how to answer this sufficiently.
